RETURNS

Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products, all LHLA sales are final for opened products. If you love glitter, you're going to love our products, guaranteed.

Returns/exchanges are accepted on unopened/unused products only within 14 business days of receipt. Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the unopened product to begin a return/exchange.

We offer 2 options for returns: Funds can go back to the original card, or we can provide store credit. Returns to cards will have the return label cost + a 10% restocking fee deducted from the purchase amount. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the total purchase price without any deductions.

Please note: For all approved refunds, the shipping fees + additional order protection paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

All returns received are inspected upon arrival. If products are found to have been opened and tampered with, the return will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued. For approved returns, funds will be refunded within 72 hours of return acceptance.

Occasionally, packages are automatically returned to us for a variety of reasons. If you receive a notice from the carrier that your order has been returned, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can assist you.
