Shipping policy
CARRIERS
Lemonhead.LA orders ship from multiple carriers including United States Postal Service (USPS), DHL , and FedEx.
SHIPPING TIMES
Our average processing time is 1-3 business days. Holiday processing time may be extended to 3-5 business days.
DHL/USPS Ground Shipping: 5-7 business days (after processing)
Fedex 2-day Shipping: 2 business days (M-F). Note: Weekends are not considered business days. Your order will arrive 2 business days after it has been processed.
International Shipping: We ship to all countries that allow the import of our products via FedEx International. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. International orders take on average 3-8 days (after processing) to arrive.
**Holiday shipments may take longer to receive as most carriers experience delays due to the high volume of deliveries.
**Backorders get priority processing over newly placed orders and current processing times may take up to 10 business days before your order ships.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once an order has been placed through our website, a confirmation email and/or SMS is automatically sent out. This is the last opportunity to check for any order or address mistakes. If you have not received an email confirmation after submitting your order, there was most likely a simple typo in your email address during checkout. Please contact us through our web chat or by email with your full name and order date so we can update your information and send your order confirmation and details.
Our shipping software automatically flags addresses that may be missing or have incorrect information. In this event, we will reach out via email to verify your delivery address. Order processing times may be delayed until we receive address confirmation.
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
We can cancel or edit your order if you contact us within 4 hours of placing it. If a mistake was made, email us here as soon as you can with the subject line “Cancellation/Change Request: Order #XXXXXX (your order number)”. The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can catch your package before it's processed and shipped! Once an order has been shipped, no edits or cancellations can be made.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is processed, tracking is sent to the email you provided during checkout. USPS, DHL, and FedEx now offer the option of adding your mobile number for text alerts! If you checked out through ShopPay, you can track your order in the ShopApp. We recommend following your carrier link directly for the most up-to-date information.
DELAYED PACKAGES
Your tracking will update within 48 hours of receipt. When tracking shows "Package Accepted", it has been picked up from our warehouse and is on its way to you. Please keep in mind, holiday season shipments may have longer than usual delivery times.
If your tracking has been frozen for some time, this indicates that your package is sitting at a sorting facility that may be backed up. Tracking will updated at the next scan.
LOST PACKAGES
While this is a highly rare scenario, we have enough experience with this situation to offer advice that has helped many customers locate their packages. Before doing anything, check your LHLA order confirmation email and make sure the correct address was provided during checkout as this is what is used to generate your shipping label. If it was correct, all hope is not lost. When the carrier scans the package as delivered, it's marked with precise GPS which your USPS postmaster, or other carrier agent can access over the phone with you. 8/10 times, lost packages are located. If you feel your package was stolen, we will always do what we can to help (email us here), but unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible as tracking was provided with the ability to sign up to receive automatic tracking updates.
If all of this sounds complicated (it is!), choose our option for Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout and we will do all the dirty work for you.
NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION
We offer all customers the option of purchasing shipping protection which will eliminate the stress of lost packages. If an order is protected and lost, we will do all the work for you to help locate this package and replace it hassle-free if it cannot be located. Shipping protection is HIGHLY recommended especially during the holiday season.
**Coverage under shipping protection is subject to the terms in our Shipping Protection Policy. Claims must be reported within the specified time frame.
REPORTING SHIPPING ISSUES:
We understand that shipping-related concerns may arise, and we strive to address them promptly. Please report any shipping issues within 10 days of delivery to cs@lemonhead.la, including the order number, detailed description, and relevant photos. Issues not reported within 10 days may not be eligible for resolution. We regret we can't address concerns raised beyond this timeframe. By continuing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

MISSING/WRONG ITEMS
We do our best to guarantee a perfect LHLA order experience! Our fulfillment team goes above and beyond including scanning items and weighing all parcels to avoid missing items but on rare occasions human error can strike. If your order arrives with any mistakes whatsoever please email us within 3 business days of receiving so we may fix it. Please include any photos if applicable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Processing time for international shipments usually falls within our average 1-3 day processing time unless address verification is needed.
International shipping is determined at check out based on your address. Cost does not include duties and taxes or rural delivery fees. We ship International Orders via DHL. All orders ship with full tracking to your destination.
If you're an international customer, make sure to check to see if our products are available at a retailer in your country!
*We are currently unable to ship to certain countries. If you are affected you will not be able to place an order, but we may be able to recommend a retailer that can ship our products to you. Email us for any international requests.
**If your order qualifies for free delivery but is in a rural delivery area with excessive additional charges, we will contact you before shipping to either cancel or help find a solution.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of our international customers and may be charged at checkout OR at the time of delivery. Rates vary by destination country. For qualifying countries, duties and taxes will be included in the price at checkout. If duties and taxes are not included please be prepared to settle them at the time of delivery. Avoid duties and taxes by ordering from one of our international retail partners!
